The weather has made a turn here in Ohio and in the last week I’ve been able to get in some time on the bikes.
In total, I’d estimate that I’ve done several hundred miles between the ’74 CB 550, the ’82 Yamaha XJ, and the 2012 NC700X.
Other than the CB 550 all the bikes have been sitting since last September. All but the CBR250R started up and with just a little TLC were ready to head down the road.
That said, the NC700X is due for an oil & filter change. I should probably inspect and maybe replace the alternator brushes in the Yamaha XJ, and the CBX needs to have carb #4 looked at as it is running rich for some reason.
We are only a couple weeks away fro April so with a little luck I’ll start getting a few days of riding in each week. I’d like to get down to Hocking Hills before the start of the tourist season.
